  • Digital products available for immediate download will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. The delivery documents are protected with your information.
  • Delivery is typically within 15 minutes but may take up to 2 hours in some cases.
  • If you haven't received your digital product within 24 hours, please contact us at support@jasonbirdproductions.com

1.2 Preorders

  • For digital products available for preorder, an estimated delivery date will be provided at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to delay the delivery date if necessary. In such cases, we will notify you via email of the new estimated delivery date.
  • Once the preordered digital product is ready, it will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

2. Physical Book Purchases

All books are produced individually as each order comes in. This means there is a short production 4-6 business-day delay between the time the order is placed and the time the order is dispatched.

2.1 Delivery Timeframe

  • Physical books will be delivered within the promised delivery window specified at the time of purchase. They are usually dispatched within 4-6 business days of placing an order and delivered within 4-5 days thereafter.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected by the warehouse.

2.2 Shipping Methods

  • We use local carriers to ensure efficient delivery of physical books.
  • The specific carrier used may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

2.3 Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided for all physical book shipments.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2.4 Shipping Address

  • Books will be delivered to the address provided in your order.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. International Shipping

  • For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied and prepaid during checkout, or levied once the package reaches your country.

  • Processing time is in addition to the shipping time.

  • For physical books, you will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your physical book arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@jasonbirdproductions.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with you to resolve any issues with your order.

6.2 Incorrect Address

  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we will not be responsible for the failed delivery.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the item re-shipped.
